This ensures that our finishing business practices, process elements, equipment capabilities, employee competencies and quality control capabilities have been confirmed to produce a high quality powder coated product with a high degree of customer satisfaction. EMT received PCI 3000 Certification in June of 2011.

Powder Paint
Powder coating is a dry-finish method of applying a coating to a product. Finely ground powder material is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the products to be finished. The charged particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces. The products are heated (cured) and when the powder particles reach their melting point, they flow to form a smooth finish. Powder Paint coating results in a uniform, durable finish that is resistant to scratches, cracking, peeling, UV rays and rust. For a superior, quality finish at a reasonable cost, powder painting is a fantastic finishing solution.
Finishes come in just about every color imaginable. Powder Painting can even accommodate textures and patterns on products, such as woodgrain appearances. At EMT, we can custom color-match to existing fixtures or products.

Our in-house line allows us to control the finish lead-time and quality. It also allows us to handling special paint colors quickly and efficiently, unlike competitors with no in-house powder coating capabilities.EMT is also equipped with a batch powder booth and batch oven for quick turn-around prototype and/or short run parts.

Silk Screening
Silkscreening, or screenprinting, is a printing technique that creates crisp, clear images using a stencil. Elite Manufacturing Technologies offers this service to customers to enhance the appearance of their products.
EMT's on-site silkscreening department is equipped with a dedicated area, or “Clean Room”, for the printing process. This sterile environment ensures that our screenprinting is of the highest quality. In addition, by silkscreening on-site, we can reduce lead times and maintain a higher level of control over the entire process.
The printing process is used on a variety of metals and/or plastics, including metal cabinets and electronics enclosures. EMT’s team of professional screenprinting artists can assist you with all your custom printing needs.
